Clean air standard – Class-one air quality
Class-one air quality is maintained in the most sensitive regions of the
MPG HLL cleanroom. This means that one cubic foot of air contains at the most one particle larger than half a micrometer corresponding to one hundredth of the diameter of a human hair.
